This 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is made from grapes grown in two select Waimea Plains vineyards. Seven parcels were fermented with select aromatic yeast strains before maturation on lees. With notes of ripe passionfruit, lime, snow pea and lemon verbena, this wine is vibrant and crisp with a long, elegant finish.

Awards

Gently pressed from two premium vineyards to create 7 unique parcels, retaining only freerun and light pressings juice fractions. Each of these components were fermented cool with selected aromatic yeast strains to retain varietal intensity and character. Matured on light lees for a further 3 months and then racked prior to careful blending.

Your delivery must be accepted in person by someone over the age of 18. We have warehouses in both the North and South Islands, so orders may come in split deliveries depending on stock availability at these locations.
