Prices and Payments

Prices quoted on our website are inclusive of GST. Prices are given in New Zealand dollars. We reserve the right to vary our prices without notice. No adjustments are made if the price of a product decreases between the time the order is submitted and the time the product is delivered.  Offers available in our Cellar Door and those available online may vary. All products are sold subject to their availability.

You must pay us in full at the time that you submit your order. 

We will not consent to cancellation if we have processed documentation in fulfilment of your order. 

Returns for credit will be given at our discretion. The cost of return is your responsibility.

In the event that we consent to cancellation, we may, in our discretion, require you to pay a minimum handling charge of $6.00 exclusive of GST per case or a maximum of 15% of the total value of your order. 

If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please include photographic evidence, details of the courier and circumstances and send to us at admin@boosterwinegroup.nz.
