The Gravity Cellar Door & Restaurant will remain closed a little longer as we extend our winter break.

By appointment, we offer guided tours of our unique, four-level gravity-fed winery by our Winemaker-in-residence, Brett Bermingham.

Go beyond the glass with an insider’s look at Gravity Cellars—one of only two gravity-fed wineries in the Southern Hemisphere.

Winery tours are available by confirmed appointment only. Join our Winemaker-in-Residence, Brett Bermingham, for a guided exploration of our remarkable four-level winery built into the Mahana hillside. Discover how gravity, rather than pumps, gently moves the wine through each stage of production, preserving purity and finesse.

Your experience begins with a welcome glass of our Méthode Traditionnelle, followed by a guided tour and exclusive barrel tasting; sampling wines drawn straight from tank and barrel for a true winemaker’s perspective.

Tours are typically offered on Fridays at 11:00 am and run for approximately one hour.
$85 per person, with private or custom tours available by arrangement.

Ideal for couples, friends, or small groups of 2–20 guests looking for a truly memorable behind-the-scenes experience.
