Dark fruits and violet aromas give way to cassis, wild brambles and mocha. A palate of rich doris plum, peppercorns, toasty cedar and star anise are wrapped around bright yet supple tannin and will reward extended cellaring.
Awards
During the cool of the early morning, each parcel was harvested, destemmed then cold soaked for 7 days. Fermentation followed using selected yeast strains with daily plunging and an extended maceration on skins to help extract depth of colour and tannin. Further barrel aging for 12 months in 20% new French oak puncheons with a full spring malolactic fermentation.

Your delivery must be accepted in person by someone over the age of 18. We have warehouses in both the North and South Islands, so orders may come in split deliveries depending on stock availability at these locations.
