Spindrift Rose is a sophisticated, free-run Rose wine with bright aromatics and a long, elegant finish.
Vibrant aromatics of jasmine and rosewood. This dry Rose is fine, delicate, juicy and lively on the palate with bright fruit and a long elegant finish. Pinot Noir grapes were hand harvested then crushed to the press where they had brief skin contact to allow the juice to pick up a blush colour. The free-run juice was fermented cool in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts to preserve the vibrant fruit.
